The building is situated at the west side of the site with its longer dimension oriented on the N-S axis. This way are achieved: the best use of the site’s shape, the best view of the building by the approaching visitor and the most beneficial orientation of the outdoors eating areas situated at the south side. The main idea is for the building to be surrounded of a complex “skin” of bioclimatic characteristics with only two outstanding figures: the protruding shelter of the main entrance and the, shaped by horizontal louvers, cubic volume of the anchor tenant. The surrounding “skin” consists of two vertical and linear elements, the aluminium glazing which forms the main volume of the building and the tissue of galvanised grid, in a 2.5 meters distance from one another producing a valuable, in matters of sustainability, green zone. The building, therefore, is going to appear as a translucent, geometrically austere, green wall, on which any kind of promotional material can be hanged or projected.
