The new hotel is to be housed in an old tobacco warehouse in the city center, a city region with a strong commercial and professional activity. The warehouse, dating from 1937, has a listed main façade and, through the full restoration of its structure system and internal remodeling, can be transformed into a brand new 4* hotel of high aesthetics. The hotel will have a total capacity of 87 beds, offering to its tenants a variety of 17 standard double rooms, 10 superior rooms, 6 triple rooms and 5 suites. For the hotel guests there will be a multipurpose room available, which will operate as a modern business center with computers and printers suitable for business meetings and presentations as well as a place of rest and relaxation.
The hotel will host a café-bar on the ground floor, with 35 seats, addressed also to external customers, serving light meals (snacks, toasts, salads etc.) all day long. The main restaurant of the hotel with 42 seats (80 sqm) is located on the «mezzanine» floor, offering eye contact and direct communication with the café-bar of the lower level through a freestanding stairway. In this restaurant all the hotel meals will be served, from breakfast to buffet-lunch and a la carte dinner, for both hotel guests and external customers.
Finally, the main attraction of the hotel will be the roof garden, a meeting point for the business and commercial stuff of the region. A modern bar-restaurant serving in an open-air garden, from noon till late in the evening, coffee, soft drinks, cocktails and an a la carte menu and offering appealing nighttime views of the harbour of Thessaloniki.
