The centre will contain an auditorium with the possibility of being used for theatrical performances, opera and conferences, with a capacity of at least 500 seats, including all the necessary support rooms and services, rehearsal rooms for orchestra and ballet, a restaurant, other rooms for recreation, a radio studio etc. The main theatre room has a rectangular shape and is organized, following the diagonal axis, completely underground. The rest of the complex is organized following an L shape around the square formed by the terrace of the main auditorium. Construction is being delayed for financial reasons.
